2.10. CellMask Plasma Membrane Staining

Serum-starved U87MG cells were treated with PDGF–BB (50 ng/mL) for 5 min and incubated with a 1:1000 dilution of CellMask deep red plasma membrane stain ({"type":"entrez-nucleotide","attrs":{"text":"C10046","term_id":"1535117","term_text":"C10046"}}C10046, Life Technologies) for 5 min at 37 °C. Cells were washed with PBS three times to remove the staining solution and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde (Electron Microscopy Sciences) in PBS for 10 min. The cells were then subjected to immunofluorescence staining analysis.
