RAW 264.7 cells (4 × 105 cells/well) were seeded in 12-well plates. After the incubation with TGII and LPS for 6 h, the supernatants were collected and measured for PGE2 proteins by ELISA kits (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
