Immunodeficient NOD-Prkdcem26Cd52Il2rgem26Cd22/Nju (NCG) mice were purchased from the GemPharmatech Co., Ltd of Nanjing. HuPBL mice were generated as described previously [44]. Briefly, 2 x 107 human PBMCs were injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) into each of 4- to 6-week-old NCG mice. PBMC engraftments were evaluated at the 21st day after the transplantation by FACS.
