Imiquimod-Induced Psoriasis-Like Mouse Model

A daily topical dose of 50 mg of IMQ cream was applied to a shaved area (3 × 2.5 cm) on the back of each mouse for 7 consecutive days to create a psoriasis-like mouse model, as previously described (19).
