The RAW 264.7 cell line, a macrophage transformed from Abelson murine leukemia virus, was cultured in D-MEM supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS (Hyclone, Utah, Logan, United States), penicillin-streptomycin (100 IU/ml and 100 μg/ml). The cells were incubated in a humidified atmosphere at 37°C with 5% CO2 supplied. Only passages from 5 to 11 of RAW 264.7 were used.
