The dimer model was generated by using Rosetta’s relax function to fit two γTuSCSS models generated as above into dimer density. The nucleotide was subsequently modified to GDP, and poorly fitting regions were deleted. This model was used solely for the segmentation shown in Figure 5—figure supplement 3.
