The U-survival model was implemented by use of our custom-made Linux-based computational server that was equipped with 10 × V100S GPUs (NVIDIA Corporation, Santa Clara, CA, USA) with 32 GB memory and 12-core 3.6 GHz Xeon Gold 6256 CPUs (Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA, USA) with 512 GB memory. The U-Net was implemented by use of PyTorch 1.547. The elastic-net Cox model was implemented by use of glmnet 4.044.
