Chromatin isolation using RNA purification assay (ChIRP)

Chromatin isolation using RNA purification (ChIRP) was performed with a ChIRP Kit (BersinBi, Guangzhou, China) according to the suggested protocol. 3′ end Biotin-triethylene glycol-modified DNA probes targeting LINC01133 were constructed and synthesized. Trizol (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) was used to collect total RNA, and protein expression was analyzed by western blot. The sequences of the biotin probes are available in Supplementary Table 3.
