The publicly available data set (GSE33113) was obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). This data set contains gene expression data from 90 colon cancer patients and six healthy persons. The expression data of enriched genes in IL-11+ fibroblasts was retrieved from the data set (GSE33113), and their signaling intensities of each gene in normal mucosa and colon cancer tissues were compared.
