Using the “Limma” package in R 3.6.1 software,[20] normalization, log 2 conversion and DEGs screening of GSE66360 matrix data were performed. |log2FC| > 1 and adjust P-value < .05 were regarded as the statistical significance threshold level of DEGs samples.[21,22] In addition, to get a better understanding of DEGs, correlation analysis was applied using Pearson's correlation and the visualized by adopting “corrplot” R package.[23,24]
