Data from the NHS, a national population survey conducted by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics and the Ministry of Health in 2013, were used in the present study. The population was composed of residents of private households from the 27 federation units of Brazil. The sample consisted of 60,198 individuals aged 18 or over, randomly selected, among adults living in the household. The research presents statistical power for inferences in Brazil, Federative Units, and capital cities [10–12].
