BM-MSC migration and proliferation were assessed using the in vitro wound healing assay at P3. Cells were seeded in 96-well plates at 1 × 105 cells per well and allowed to attach overnight to form confluent monolayers. The wound was introduced across the well by removing the cells using a 96-pin WoundMaker (Essen BioScience, Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom). Cell migration and proliferation were monitored by measuring the average wound width narrowing every 3 h using IncuCyte ZOOM (Essen BioScience).
