The effects of novel TMP analogs (1–18) on the activity of recombinant human DHFR were determined by dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibition according to the reported methods and according to the instructions supplied with the set and recommended by the manufacturer [25,58]. The results are reported as IC50 (50% inhibition of enzymatic activity) in Table 1.
