After traditional pasteurization, it was transported to the laboratory via food cold chain logistics within 48 h. Cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-10 kits were obtained from Wuhan ColorfulGene Biological Technology Company. SOD, MDA, and GSH kits were acquired from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute. MyD88 (YT2928) was purchased from ImmunoWay Biotechnology Company (Plano, TX, USA). IKKβ (D30C6) was obtained from Cell Signaling Technology (Shanghai, China).
