An Agilent 1260 Infinity Series HPLC (Agilent Technologies, USA) fitted with a differential refractive index detector (DRI) was used. THF (HPLC grade, Fisher Scientific) was used as the eluent at room temperature with two Agilent PL-gel mixed-E columns in series at a flow rate of 1 mL min−1. A calibration curve was made using polymethylmethacrylate standards with ASTRA software (Wyatt Technology, USA). This was used for the determination of the Mn, Mw and molar mass distribution (dispersity, Đ = Mw/Mn).
