LDH release was measured using the LDH cytotoxicity detection kit (Takara Bio, Cat. # MK401), according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The supernatant (100 µL) and reaction mix (100 µL) were mixed in 96-well plates and incubated for 30 min at RT. All samples were measured using a SpectraMax 340PC384 microplate reader at 490 nm, and the data were analyzed using the Softmax Pro software.
