Vesicular size (average diameter), polydispersity index (PDI), and zeta potential were measured by means of a Malvern nanozetasizer (Malvern, UK). Dynamic light scattering (DLS) mode was used to measure the vesicular size and PDI, while laser doppler electrophoresis (LDE) was used to determine the zeta potential. The temperature was set at 25 °C in all cases, and each sample (n = 3) was analysed in triplicate [52].
