BMDMs or RAW264.7 cells were seeded in 12-well plates at a density of 1.5×106 cells per well and stimulated for 48 hours with medium for M0-like, LPS (50 ng/mL) and IFNγ (10 ng/mL) for M1-like, or IL4 (10 ng/mL) for M2-like polarization.
