2.7. In vitro antiproliferation activity analysis

Cells were seeded at concentrations of 1.5 × 10⁴–3 × 10⁴ cells/200 μl/well in 96‐well plates for 24 hours and treated with the indicated agents for 72 hours. After treatment, the MTT proliferation assay was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Briefly, 20 µl of MTT reagent (5 mg/ml, Merck KGaA) were added into each well and incubated for 3 hours. The results were determined by measuring the absorbance at 490 nm. Experiments were repeated at least three times to confirm the reliability of the results.
