AAC is a kind of protein sequence feature based on protein attributes, like folding types, secondary structure, domain, subcellular location, etc. AAC calculates the frequency of each amino acid in a protein sequence. For a protein sequence with N amino acid residues, the frequencies of each residue could be considered as follows:
