The 1H-NMR spectrometry was used to determine the methacrylation degree of GelMA. In order to make the analyses, 20 mg GelMA was dissolved in 0.75 mL D2O to clear solution. The spectrum was registered on a Bruker NMR 600 MHz Advance spectrometer (Bruker BioSpin, Rheinstetten, Germany). The methacrylation degree was calculated using Equation (1):
