To detect fatty acids absorption in response to IL-6 and TNFα treatment, WM cell lines were treated with IL-6 and TNFα for two data and then incubated with 1 μM BODIPY FL C16 (Molecular Probes) for 20 min. Cells were then lysed and analyzed for fluorescent intensity by flow cytometry.
