Total RNA was extracted using RNAiso Plus (Takara, 9109) according to the manufacturer's instructions. cDNA was synthesized using the PrimeScript™ RT Master Mix (Takara, RR036A). The RT-PCR was performed using SYBR Green Master Mix (Yeasen, 11202ES03). The 2−△△CT method was used to analyze the data, and 18S or β-actin was used as a loading control. The primer sequences are listed in Supplementary table 1.
