The main outcome measures included the serum levels of miR-18a and PD-L1 on the surface of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells as well as vaginal microecology (cleanliness, presence of candida and trichomonas, pH value, lactobacillus level, and microbiota diversity and density). The diagnostic performance of the serum levels of miR-18a and PD-L1 on the surface of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in detecting HPV-positive cervical cancer was analyzed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.
