The data were obtained from the operational research of the Improving Contraceptive Method Mix (ICMM) Project in Indonesia, conducted in 2015–2016 in six districts: Bojonegoro, Blitar, and Jombang in East Java province in the western part of Indonesia with the second largest population of around 37,476,757. Bima, Central Lombok, and North Lombok in NTB Province in the eastern region, with a total population of approximately 4,500,212.19
