The online database Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) (http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn/index.html) (Tang et al., 2017) is an interactive website that includes 9,736 tumors and 8,587 normal samples from the TCGA portal and the GTEx project. GEPIA is based on gene expression with the log-rank test and the MantelCox test in 33 different types of cancer. Gene expression correlation analysis was performed for a given set of TCGA expression data. The Spearman method was used to determine the correlation coefficient.
