TIMER is a comprehensive resource for systematical analysis of immune infiltrates across diverse cancer types. This version of webserver (http://timer.cistrome.org/) provides immune infiltrates' abundances estimated by multiple immune deconvolution methods [21]. We analyzed the SSRP1 expression in LIHC and the correlation of the SSRP1 expression with the abundance of immune infiltrates, including Tregs and CD8+ T cells.
