The daily discharge data measured from 1960 to 2016 at Zhimenda hydrological station were provided by Qinghai Hydrology Bureau. The daily meteorological data, including precipitation, highest temperature, lowest temperature, average temperature, sunshine hours, wind speed, relative humidity over the past 57 years (1960 to 2016) at 12 meteorological stations were obtained from National Meteorological Information Center (http://data.cma.cn/). The distribution of these selected hydro-meteorological stations was shown in Figure 1.
