Methylated RNA immunoprecipitation (MeRIP)-qPCR

MeRIP was performed using EZ-Magna RIPTM RNA-Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation Kit (Millipore, #17-701) by following the manual instruction. The enriched m6A methylated RNA was reverse-transcribed and quantified with PYCR1 expression by qPCR.
