PBMCs and MNC were thawed, washed in R10 medium (consisting of RPMI 1640 supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine, 50 U/ml penicillin- 50 μg/ml streptomycin, and 10% heat-inactivated FBS) with 1 U/ml of DNase (Sigma), and resuspended in R10 medium and incubated at 37 °C 5% CO2 overnight.
