Equimolar MABr and PbBr2 were dissolved in DMF/DMSO (3:1, v–v) at a concentration of 1.2 M. An appropriate amount of perovskite precursor solution was spin-coated onto the substrate with a ramp rate of 3000 rpm, and 200 µL of chlorobenzene was dropped onto the spinning substrate 10 s after the spin-coating began. The obtained film was annealed at 120 °C for 10 min.
