Fivefold serial dilutions of exponentially growing yeast cells were diluted in ddH2O and 3 μl of each dilution was spotted onto YPD (1% yeast extract, 2% peptone, and 2% glucose). Final concentration of FCCP is 7 μM. Total cells plated in each dilution spot were 5,000, 1,000, 20, 40, and 8. Plates were cultured at 30°C for 36 h before obtaining images.
