2.9. Measurement of Proinflammatory Cytokines in BV2 Microglia by ELISA

BV2 microglia were cultured at a density of 5 × 104 cells/well in 24-well plates. After the corresponding treatment, the concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines including IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in the supernatants were measured using ELISA kits following the manufacturer's instructions (Proteintech, Wuhan, China). The data are expressed in pg/ml.
