The HCCDB database (http://lifeome.net/database/hccdb/home.html) is an archive of 15 public hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) gene expression datasets containing 3,917 samples. For 13 microarray datasets, probe values (log2 intensity) and probe annotations were extracted from raw files downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database (17). HCCDB was also used to search for the DPP4 gene in normal tissues and pan-cancers.
