2.4. Cell Treatment

Raw 264.7 cells were grown in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) (Gibco; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) supplemented with 10% v/v fetal bovine serum (Gibco), 2 mM glutamine, 100 IU/ml penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin (Gibco). Cells were grown at 37°C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO₂ of 95% humidity. Cells were seeded in 6-well plates and treated with 1, 10, 100, 250, 500, and 1000 μg/mL of SSHT in the presence of LPS 1 μg/mL for 24 h. DEX was treated at the 1 μg/mL concentration to raw 264.7 cells for 24 h.
