L-WRN cell line was purchased from ATCC (ATCC CRL-3276) and maintained in DMEM (Wako) with 10% FBS and 1× penicillin/streptomycin (Nacalai Tesque) (39). L-WRN–conditioned medium was prepared according to the protocol provided by ATCC.
