The STRING database v11.0 (http://string-db.org)93 was utilized to get the protein–protein interaction (PPI) information. The confidence score was set to 0.4 or higher. The PPI information were exported in TSV format, and then visualized by Cytoscape. CytoNCA, a plugin of Cytoscape, was used to evaluate the PPI network, including Betweenness (BC), Closeness (CC), Eigenvector (EC), Local Average Connectivity-based method (LAC), Network (NC), Subgraph (SC), Information (IC)94. First, the data was screened by using the screening criteria of ‘DC ≥ 2 × median DC’. Then, the potential targets were obtained by the screening criteria of ‘DC, BC, EC, CC, LAC, and NC greater than or equal to their median’95 (Supplementary Table S7).
