AZA, Lyophilized AZA –LIPO and physical mixtures of excipients (Cholesterol, soy lecithin, mannitol) samples were examined under FTIR spectrophotometer. The sample was converted into KBr pellets using a hydraulic press. Then, pellets were exposed to infrared radiation to pass through samples [30,31]. The spectrums were recorded in the region of 4000 to 400 cm−1.
