The Work and Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS; Mundt et al. 2002) is a self-report measure of work- and social-related functional impairment. Items are rated on a 9-point Likert scale ranging from 0 (not at all) to 8 (very severely). The WSAS has exhibited good psychometric properties in past work (Mundt et al. 2002; Pedersen et al. 2017). The WSAS was used as a criterion variable and demonstrated excellent internal consistency (α = .97) in the current study.
