The gold-standard FSC is the FSC between two independently refined half maps F and G (22). The gold-standard FSC of Fourier coefficients at shell relates to the SNR through , as noises inside two maps are independent (30). The frequency where the gold-standard FSC passes through 0.143 is denoted as the estimated resolution of the reconstruction.
