Six-week-old female BALB/c nude mice were selected for in vivo xenotransplantation experiments. The mice were kept in SPF environment. All procedures were approved by the Animal Protection and Use Committee of Tianjin Medical University. The HeLa cell line stably expressing circSND1 and the empty vector was constructed and 5×105 cells were injected into the tail vein. After 60 days, the mice were sacrificed to isolate their lungs. Lung metastatic nodules were counted and assessed by hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining. The expression levels of RNA and protein from Lung tissue were determined with the above method.
