The average values of a week's measurements were calculated for in vitro seed germination and protocorm development. The tests for cytotoxic activities were carried out in triplicate. The values were presented in the form of mean ± SD, and IC50 values of the extracts were calculated using second- or third-order polynomial equation regression models in Microsoft Excel 2016.
