The content of BBR and 10-HCPT in BBR-10-HCPT-loaded LM was determined by HPLC-MS/MS (Li et al., 2014; Li, Yang et al., 2016), the specific operations were as follows: 1.0 mL BBR-10-HCPT-loaded LM was transferred into a 100.0 mL volumetric flask and diluted with methanol. A 2.0 μL aliquot of the solution was injected into the HPLC-MS/MS system for analysis after centrifugation at 15,000 rpm for 5.0 min.
