Sprague-Dawley rats (weighing 220–250 g) were purchased from Vital River Laboratories (Beijing, China), and were housed under pathogen-free conditions and fed a standard rat chow with free access to water and food. All animal care and experimental procedures were approved by the Animal Care and Ethics Committee of Hebei Medical University.
