Mice were treated twice daily with CPI-1205 (Constellation Pharmaceuticals) by oral gavage with CPI-1205 (300 mg/kg) made in a vehicle of 0.5% methylcellulose and 0.2% Tween 80 per the manufacturer’s instruction. The treatment regimen began 1 day after tumor inoculation and was continued throughout the experiment.
