Assay of luciferase reporter gene expression

Cells were cotransfected with the mixture of Ifnb1 luciferase reporter plasmid, RL-TK-Renilla-luciferase plasmid, and the indicated constructs. Luciferase activities were measured with Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System (Promega) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Data were normalized for transfection efficiency by dividing Firefly luciferase activity with that of Renilla luciferase.
