Bacteria were grown in microplates at 37°C in LB with medium shaking. Absorbance of the culture was measured using a BioTek plate reader at a wavelength of 600 nm (OD600) every 5 min over 4 hours. Virus infections were performed at an MOI of 1 unless otherwise noted. Experiments were performed in triplicate.
