The MTS assay (Promega) was used to test the viability of all cells. The four groups of cells were centrifuged, the supernatant was discarded, and approximately 3mL of RPMI 1640 was added then mixed. The cells were seeded in 96-well plates with 1 * 104 cells per well. Cell colony formation was detected in 5 replicates for each group (24h, 48h, 72h, and 96h, respectively). MTS (20 µl) was added to each well and incubated for 2 hours before detection.
