Ramos, Raji, DHL4, and 2F7, B-NHL cell lines were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC, Manassas, VA), and cultured in an incubator at 37°C with 5% CO2 in RPMI 1640 Advanced medium (Gibco), supplemented with 4% Bovine Fetal Serum (SFB) (Gibco).
