Measurement of HMGB1 release

To quantify HMGB1 released from SKOV-3 cells post- ZHER2:2395-IR700 irradiation, culture supernatants from indicated cells were collected and centrifuged at low speed (500×g for 5 min at 4 °C) to clear cell debris. HMGB1 concentration was measured using an ELISA kit (Tecan, IBL International, Germany) per manufacturer’s guidelines.
